Counselling & Psychotherapy for Older Adults

Our compassionate clinicians provide counselling and mental health support to older adults and their families. Counselling may address life transitions, losses, current problems, or mental health issues like depression or anxiety. We offer a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), and narrative therapies.

Treatments and supports are also available for seniors with neurologic conditions, like dementia (like Alzheimers or Parkinsons, for example), or those who are dealing with the effects of stroke or traumatic brain injury.

Memory training is provided for adults over 50 who are experiencing memory problems.
