Our Practice’s Safety Measures During COVID-19

Providing You With A Safe and Comfortable Experience

Updated September 11, 2020:

We Are Open

Our Burlington and St. Catharines offices are open, and in-person sessions are available with some clinicians for some clients.

Our aim is to keep clients and staff safe and healthy. The best way to do this is to reduce the number of people present at the office. To this end, we encourage clients to continue with virtual (video or telephone) sessions wherever possible.

Decisions about whether to hold an in-person session will be made between each client and their clinician on a case-by-case basis.

Talk to your clinician to see if an in-person visit or a virtual visit is the best option for you.
