Doctoral Practicum Student
Nicole Price-Thomas is a seasoned master’s level psychologist with a rich background in assessment and therapeutic practices. She has gained experience in both educational and private practice environments and previously worked as a Clinical Measurement Consultant, where she trained other psychologists in assessment and diagnosis techniques, and as a school psychologist in a school board setting.
Nicole is a committed and empathetic individual and psychologist, known for her warmth and approachability. She effectively connects with clients from diverse backgrounds, and her identity as a Black, female immigrant enhances her ability to validate and support a wide range of experiences.
After years of clinical work, Nicole chose to pursue further education by enrolling in the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology program at the Adler Professional Graduate School. She is currently at Brookside Therapy and Assessments as a doctoral practicum student under the supervision of Dr. Lesley Millier, focusing on psychological assessments of adults.
Nicole earned her M.A. in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and is currently pursuing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Adler Professional Graduate School. She is a registered School and Counselling Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
