Dr. Lee-Anne Gray is a psychologist, educator, and author licensed in California since 2004, and currently licensed with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She is certified in EMDR, a trauma treatment, as well as a national speaker in self-compassion, mindful awareness, LGBTQ+ issues, sexuality, trauma, assessment, special education, and gifted individuals. Dr. Gray is formerly a professor at UCLA. She was a forensic expert for the Public Defender of Orange County, California and conducted evaluations of incarcerated LGBTQ+ youth. She has also conducted hundreds of Adult ADHD assessments for Kaiser Permanente in Fremont, California.
With warmth, sincerity, and authenticity, she welcomes people who seek to heal wounds of the past and achieve peak levels of performance. She has training and experience in the areas of trauma, LGBTQ+, biracial/Indigenous/people of color, gifted, and work stress. She empathizes, validates, and normalizes many common human experiences and aims to decrease pathologization of these experiences. She brings a lighthearted yet clinically sophisticated approach to mental health care, and aims to help people see results in short order.
